Baby most of the time we Christen babies - but we are happy to talk about Christening older children and adults as well	We love to Christen your children. As far as possible we try to accommodate your date and time, but we are limited in what we can offer - it’s the usual problem of scarcity of clergy! Our preferred time is 3 p.m. on the first or third Sunday in the month Christening is an important occasion at which we welcome your child into the fellowship of the church. We will give your child a large candle to remind you all of the promises you’ve made and a certificate to show that he or she had been properly baptised. There is no charge for Christening. The important thing is to contact the Rector on 01472 840029 as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements that suit us all.
